MODERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
So, you're interested in applying to be part of the moderator team and you want more information about the position and your responsibilities? Well, it's rather simple.
♥ You must check out threads that have not had a reply. It is worth starting in the 'Please Mod' forum in case a thread has been missed. Remember to check the Other Regions category as well as the Nexivus Region.

When you reply to a thread you can either:
♥ Make a wild pokemon appear. You should make 20 common pokemon appear for every uncommon, 50 for every rare, and only S-Mods and above can make an Ultra Rare pokemon appear.
♥ Make a NPC Trainer appear. They will normally train pokemon which can be found in the area, no more than 2 levels above the highest wild pokemon level. They will probably offer money or items as a reward for beating them.
♥ More often than not, you'll just be replying to an existing battle. You may want to go back and read a couple of posts to get a decent idea of what has happened in the battle so far.

You should also:
♥ Answer questions that new and existing members have about the site. This means that you should thoroughly read and understand the rules.
♥ Keep an eye out for any rule-breaking or misbehaviors (hateful coments, godmodding, etc) You'll be around a lot more than I am and you'll be my eyes and ears. If you see something questionable, send me a PM if it's not something you can deal with yourself.
♥ Stay active. You'll be rewarded. ; )
Do not apply to be a moderator unless you have time the commit and are prepared to stay active.
