Alright, just one last thing to settle; who should make the thread? I mean, it seems like a weird thing to ask, but since we can only have one social thread each in each place...
That said, I don't mind making it but I think it would be a little weird to write a post of Jamila walking when, if you started, it could be a "Griff: /conning people" "Jamila: /checks it out and is sucked in" sort of deal.
Wow, I think I've stopped making sense for the day.

Yeah, it'd make more sense if I started the thread. Just so Jamila doesn't start out ooc, what kind of places would Jamila check out/hang out?
I actually forgot about the thread limit. xD To get around it, maybe they could meet up at the park or something? ETA: Although if the Other Regions don't allow social stuff, then um... hm. Does the thread limit mean threads we're in to threads we start?

I think that you can have social threads in the other regions area; it just specifies that you can only have two mod threads, not two threads all up. The thread limit only applies to threads we're in, thankfully. With all this plotting we'd all die any other way. D:\

So, since we can apparently have as many social threads as we want in the Other Regions, would you like to have one with Laqueta and Griff somewhere there? I can get Laqueta to go just about anywhere, as you know, so you can choose the place.

I'm up for it! I'd say they could either meet up in sweetheart park or maybe in the battle arena, if Laqueta's bold enough to go there. Alternatively, they could be exploring the industrial thingamabob? It'd be harder to explain what Griff's doing there though, since he's not looking for more pokemon or anything.

I can't see Laqueta wanting to go to the battle arena for a while, so that's out. The sweetheart park is fine, if you don't mind having another thread there, and so is the industrial thing (Griff could be looking for something to steal - there's got to be rumors about precious items in a place like that.)

I don't mind having another thread in the park, but yeah, I realize he could be trying to steal stuff from the industrial place too! Your preference then~

Well, I want to throw Laqueta in the industrial place for some pokemon, so how about Sweetheart Park? Would you like me to start, or you?

I actually need to do some packing/moving right now (going back to campus, short trip, I'll be back soon), so could you start?

Fine by me. I might take a little while, but it shouldn't be too long.

The length is fine. I know it sounds weird given some of my absurd word counts, but I actually like shorter posts! xD

I was thinking (this is a bad idea right here) that maybe Griff and Rai could be...um...truth is, I'm not sure. He's not rich, but he doesn't steal. And, of course, he has an extreme sense of right and wrong. But, this usually leads him into trouble, and he's willing to cooperate with thieves when he has no other choice. If you didn't read his bio, he basically lived with thieves for like half a year.
So. Maybe his general feelings about right/wrong would make them enemies? Or perhaps...Griff could sway him (with violence or persuasion or what have you) back into villainy, but he would think that it was the correct thing to do? And once he thinks he's got it right, no one can tell him different.
Wow, that gives you a choice. Yay me, I don't have to choose. I kind of like the idea of him being swayed into thievery, but it's up to you!
