and other dangerous things.meet sin. she's a nineteen year old female who doesn't care what other people think of her. blunt, dry, and painfully honest, she's one tough cookie.
FRIENDS sinclair isn't the most friendly person out there. to be honest, she's not even friendly. she's cold, blunt, and will probably ask you why the hell you're talking to her. she's not entirely closed to friendships and acquaintanceships, it's just that she has no idea how to make friends. at all. 8'D maybe a traveling partner who's much more outgoing than she is is called for.
ENEMIES ... I'm kind of expecting these, actually. her personality could definitely rub people the wrong way. she really only dislikes those who lie to her; she doesn't give enough of a damn to really hate people. x: maybe a rival would be nice? motivate sinclair to do something for herself, instead of merely traveling around trying to stop the darkness.
LOVERS er, good luck. there's pretty much nothing feminine about sinclair's personality. she's not looking for a man. one of the main reasons is because she still isn't over the death of her older brother, kristoph. she won't admit it, but she has a huge brother complex. sin's not your typical girl, so if she did fall for someone ... it would be interesting.
OTHERS traveling companion, rival(s), friends, enemies -- all are wanted and loved. <3 on the subject of love, she's not the type to instantly fall head over heels. it's going to be a definite gradual descent, if it ever happens. if you have any other plots, feel free to chuck them at me! I don't bite. hard.

Already bugged you about it, but I'd love to see how she and Griff play with each other. I think he'd genuinely like her, and he'd appreciate her flaws rather than hold them against her. Currently, he's got no reason to be a lying, scheming bastard, so I think they'd get along so long as that holds true? Maybe they could be traveling companions up until his past comes out, and then shit can go down. xD

that sounds pretty fantastic, actually. she may not care for him at first (read: at all), but if he happened to tag along with her because they were heading the same direction, I don't think she'd mind.
or care, actually.
what with her 'who gives a' attitude, she might just ignore him for the better part of their first meeting. xD somehow they end up traveling together? if his past came out, it would be interesting. she's not one who cares for pasts, considering her lack of one, but he could possibly pull off some sort of major lie to her face and she finds out?
then she ends up breaking his ribs punching him and stomping off, furious? as snarky as she may be, I could definitely see her coming to trust him. then not trusting him because he's a lying, smooth-talking bastard. :3

So my character hasn't actually been accepted yet, but I can see her and Sinclair ironically being rivals, since they're both so independent. Ava isn't so cold or dry, so I can see her getting irritated by Sin in the beginning and feeling competitive about it. Although, I couldn't say if Sinclair would feel the same..? Also, I can even see Ava starting to like Sin after a while because she seems like a respectably strong character, key words being "a while" << haha.

Yeah, he'll just tag along and see if she'll stop him. Alternatively, something could bring them together, like a noctus attack or something, so he wouldn't just be randomly stalking a pretty stranger. He'll probably never talk about his criminal record/background, so it's a little hard for me to think up a good lie for him to keep up from the get-go (but if you can think up one, I'm all ears). It'd probably be easier if at some point in their travels, Griff found ~dramatic~ to lie about then. If he stumbles on info about the darkness virus, he might just keep it to himself to keep her safe--or whatever comes up, we can wing it. Or we could take the easy path of betrayal, and depending on how ~romantic~ they could get (neither of them are very romantic, huh), Griff could just prove to be a whore. Soap opera woot!

&& ava, hmm. once ava gets accepted, it could definitely turn out to be something like that. Sinclair's jsut naturally independent, and she could definitely appreciate ava's attempts at being independent and whole drive towards being so. they're the same age, but they both have different backgrounds.
if ava becomes competitive toward sinclair, I ... don't think she'd really care. whether or not ava likes or dislikes her isn't really a problem, in sinclair's mind. eventually, though, I'm sure the woman will take a small liking toward ava. perhaps try to see if she really can outdo sin? that would be some incentive for sinclair to train, although I'm pretty sure she won't be all 'I must train harder so that ava doesn't beat me!' a little friendly rivalry going on is fine~
&& griff, hahaha. random stalking is fun, though~ but something like that sounds good. x3 I ... actually can't think of a lie, either, actually. x: I think he could start off lying about how he also wants to get rid of the darkness virus? then, once/if he finds out something about it, he could keep it a secret.
then he (somehow?) betrays her and she finds out he was lying and all that amazingly good stuff. ... lolol I'm such a cliche plotter. I'm not sure about romance, because sinclair is a total idiotic duncebucket who totally fails at anything of the sort, but she'd definitely end up getting hurt if he did something like that.
she doesn't have very many friends.
... and the whole drama llama could get going from there. xD (of course, they would have to travel together for a bit, yes?)

Haha yeah honestly I see it more as Ava getting riled up and going around trying to train to beat Sinclair while Sinclair probably doesn't even notice that Ava considers her a rival XD So I suppose that doesn't really matter for your character except she might find it annoying if Ava kept popping up to challenge her, haha.

The thing about the darkness virus is that you'd have to be one very screwed up dude to not want it gone. I think it'd be cool if we can get a noctus pokemon encounter just because Griff has no real idea how much of a threat they are (they were around before he spent a year behind bars, but I doubt they were in cities yet), and they're both seem like people that respect competence, so seeing each other in action=good, since action seems to be where they're both at their best and all.
Anyway! We can worry about the ~betrayal~ later. I personally enjoy romantic comedies, so an awkward fail relationship would amuse me to no end. I don't normally play romantic plots, but well, if we can't think up a better betrayal, it might be the best option. xD
I think they should have a nice, long honeymoon as traveling companions. At least a couple of gyms or so, because (as I read it) Sin takes a long time to build trust, so we've got to give her that time, yes?

Emmett, my new character would totally try and sleep with her. He would think that her bluntness and toughness is a major turn on, and even though she is not looking for a man at the time. He is sort of a jerk who thinks he is the BEST of the best and enjoys going on and on about how totally awesome he is lmao He also thinks he can get any girl, so even if she denied him or told him off, he would probably just laugh and go on about how she secretly wanted him.
As for friends, my other character Jackie would want to be her friend, I'm sure. She is way outgoing and easily excited. She is all over the idea of meeting and talking to interesting people, and as long as Sinclair didn't just sit and look at her all day, she would totally want to be her friend. c:

&& ava, sinclair wouldn't really care at first, but I'm sure she'd appreciate how hard ava is trying. then she'd probably start training herself, because sin doesn't like to lose (and she'd want to honor ava's effort). rivals sounds good for these two.
&& griff, hahahaha. maybe he could pretend to be more gung-ho about it than he really is? Iunno. but she'd definitely gain respect for him if she saw him in action. x3 if there was any romancing going on between these two, griff would probably be the first to notice. sinclair is ... just stupid. and slow. it's going to be so difficult to get her to realize her feelings, if they ever appear. a few gyms sounds like plenty of time for sinclair to develop a friendship. she's never spent so much time around people other than her brother (whose memory would definitely be an obstacle in love), so I could see sin becoming a little bit dependent. this plot sounds wonderfully intriguing.
&& emmett, hahahahahahaha! sin is going to think he's such a freak. if he tried to get in her pants, she'd probably stare at him for a while then walk away. it's kind of like '... who the hell are you? /LEAVES.' I'm pretty sure he would mildly get on her nerves with his confidence. most of the time, though, he's probably going to be 'that freak' in her mind. emmett is lulzy
&& jaqueline, sinclair would be taken aback by jackie's outgoing nature -- she probably wouldn't know how to respond faced with such ... enthusiasm. she'd grow rather fond of jackie, if only because she's so open and honest. they could meet up a few times, and sin probably won't be quite as cold to jackie as she is to most others.

Hmmm, yeah he could. If she's built a lot of trust in him, it'd probably hurt for him to just one day say that he doesn't actually care all that much--in the end, Griff is out for himself, not bettering the world or justice or whatever. As for romance, Griff's pretty sharp, so he'd probably notice ~love in the air~, be the gentleman and let her make the first move, then facepalm when he realizes she's never going to make the first move. xD
Totally looking forward to this plot~ (Also, Griff's apparently friends with Emmett. So I'm just going to say that Griff is totally off to the side laughing his ass off when Emmett gets shut down.)

What would Sinclair's thoughts on a nudist chick be? :D

&& griff, L-LOL. sin. making the first move. ouch. poor guy. travels with the most violent coldest woman out there, realizes there may be something there, and it just so happens she doesn't give a damn. I they should meet up as soon as possible, man. and I approve of this emmett business.
&& jamila ... military brat and nudist chick. lulzy interactions for the win -- jamie's nudism is going to confuse sinclair to no end. whereas sinclair prefers a uniform over anything else, jamie just prefers ... her birthday suit. sinclair's not going to question it, nor will she really care after a while, but it would probably make the woman wonder how jamie would defend herself if she was attacked, since sinclair has a trillion pockets and just as many weapons and jamie has ... none, save for her bag. the whole point of nudism would be lost on sinclair, unfortunately.

Kit's said that noctus pokemon show up randomly but she could whip one up for us. So how about asap in Featherwing then, after their starters are sorted?
