NAME
Just call me Ava :3
LENGTH OF TIME IN NEXIVUS
Uhm four days ^^”
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Yup! I was a mod at another pokemon site a couple years back. I’ve been roleplaying for... Holy Jesus, like nine years?
TIME COMMITMENTS
I spend all my non-working hours on Nexivus, pretty much. Don't pity me ._.
PERSONAL STATEMENT
Well I think the no social life was covered in the last section XD I’ve got the time to mod like a blitzle (fast) and keep it interesting Also, I type about seventy words per minute; not sure how that compares to everyone else but I feel for the most part I can respond quite fast to whatever post needs a mod :3 Also also, I’m minoring in art back at college so I’d like to think I’m a pretty good artist if you’d ever need one ^^
MODDING SAMPLE
"Kena's growlithe started growling deeply. Kena blinked, peering at the pokemon, 'What is it?' She squeaked."
Penniacre Orchard: a bustling patch of land overrun with bright-eyed, bushy-tailed trainers just setting out to explore Nexivus. It was, after all, the first area a trainer would encounter after leaving the fabulous Professor Hawthorne’s Laboratory. Hence it wasn’t surprising to run into another eager trainer on its quaint, tree-lined road... Cue the growling growlithe.
John Doe was one of those new, bouncy trainers. Only mere moments earlier had the boy received his very first pokemon- an equally antsy blitzle. The horse pokemon pranced along beside her new partner, every once in a while leaping into the air and flailing her limbs in excitement. This pair of rather spastic travelers created a somewhat bewildering scene and managed to leave more than a few Featherwing citizens confused about what the last few seconds of their life had just experienced. Thusly they entered Penniacre Orchard, still traveling at an unsafe speed.
Perhaps if the growlithe had been looking in the right direction he could have avoided the oncoming mess, but the fire pokemon could not be held at fault- it was difficult to track John and his blitzle. That is, until they were right on top of you! John tried to skid to a halt; despite these good intentions he and Kena nonetheless ended up colliding and tumbling to the ground, blitzle flailing in the air above the two humans and just managing to avoid them. Recovering as quickly as he had collided in the first place, John rolled to his feet and apologized profusely:
”Ohmygod I am sooo sorry! I didn’t even see you before I turned that corner around that tree over there! Are you okay? I could-“ But his rattled words stopped short when he noticed Kena’s growlithe. That meant… she was a trainer. A light bulb lit in John’s rather spacious brain. ”Hey… is that your growlithe?”
”I’ve been looking for a fight! Hey lady, would you want to fight me?” – the answer was probably yes for anyone who had met this kid – ”I just got some money and items you can take if you manage to win!”
