Braids is a pretty social guy - he likes to be the center of attention and get the respect he thinks he deserves. He's very polite and suave when he wants to be, but usually only when he thinks he's getting somewhere or when exploiting others for personal gain. He does like to have fun, though, and if you can handle his quirks and look passed his manipulative and arrogant persona, you have a bestie!
&enemies!
Friends beware. Braids won't hesitate to dump a 'friend' on their butts once he's done with them. He enjoys nothing more than to bait, tease, test, and lure every insecurity a person might have and throw it on the table. He's the kind of person who doesn't think twice about going into a relationship and walking away. So if you think you got beef with Braids, you belong here!

Ahh, another fun subject. Don't get me wrong, Braids looooves the ladies - and the boys, if he think it'll get him somewhere - and will flirt and charm his way through any obstacle. See 'friends' except with a bit more emotional turmoil. There could always be that one girl, though, who can make him think twice about abandoning her...
&students!
Braids likes to be an authority figure, the one who knows all of the answers and respected. He helps those in need, but carries a very,. very condescending attitude towards those younger and deemed less intelligent than himself (which is just about everyone, he figures). Still, he has answers - as a photographer and techno genius.

He sounds like he'd eat Laqueta up - which might be interesting. She's very shy, very insecure, and very, very kind. She does have a backbone sometimes, but that's rare.

OMG, she sounds so cute! Braids would definitely be interested in meeting with her sometime. He'd think she's pretty - and her shyness gives him room to improvise.

Yeah, she's bascially that adorable character who's in every book/TV show/movie ever. Except she's going to have depths. At least she will if things go according to plan.
I was wondering how he'd deal with her shyness; it'll be fun to write. Would you like her to end up in his social thread in Featherwing, or would you prefer a thread in the Other Regions? Or would you like to put this off for a few days while you sort out what you're doing? Anything's good with me.

So, Griff's fresh out of juvie (parole, really, he's not actually a free man yet) after years and years of running cons and plain old theft. He can definitely handle arrogance and manipulativeness, he'd even appreciate it, although I'm not sure how well their egos would play with each other. Griff would at least try to act all civil and friendly irregardless though. So yeah, friends, enemies, one-night-stand, whatever, up for anything.

Haha. I could see them either, hitting it off (cause Braids has to play nice to develop good first impressions) or going horribly wrong and upside down because of his ego. Their egos. xD Maybe they could be rivals in the long run.

If Griff takes him in as a friend, then he's actually absurdly loyal, whereas if he doesn't, well, then they're equally likely to throw the other under a bus. xD I'd love to see them as rivals either way though, friendly or not. I just really like to write battles. |

Yeees! Let's throw them under the bus to meet cause we are FATE! Lol. Yeah, Braids could always use friends that he can exploit in various ways. And when all else fails, rivals would work out great. Shame Braids doesn't take relationships seriously cause I think he'd like this one. xD
