APPEARANCE

When she was younger she had lovely purple hair that went down past her hips. As she aged it turned to a pretty grey color. The length also changed however even though at one point it was almost touching the floor she has since cut it to her shoulders. She likes it at this length, because she can put it up in a bun or pony tail if she so wished, but it isn't so long that she gets it stuck under her arms. Her skin is softly tanned from years of being out in the sun, but also years of being tucked away inside cooking. It is also quiet wrinkling from her age, but not that isn't so bad. She doesn't mind and others' shouldn't either. After all it is rude to worry about someone else's skin. Her eyes are grey in color just like her hair. However they have always been grey. No changing from purple for them. However they are more a hazel grey then anything else. Rather pretty if you ask her. Covering her eyes she wear a pair of glasses. They are black framed, but don't look heavy on her face.

Standing at five foot four inches tall she isn't the tallest woman in the world. Nor has she ever been. From the time she stopped growing she has always been five foot four inches tall and rather skinny. Now her weight depends on the day, but for the most part it stays between one hundred to one hundred and ten.

PERSONALITY

A sweet old lady that still has a lot of spunk left in her. However she has had a hard last few years. She loves children and pokemon of all types. Her favorite hobby to do is to cook and anyone and anything that is hungry. She loves cooking almost as much as she loves pokemon. All types, however she isn't the fond of spider pokemon, but she can handle being around them. They just make her sad is all. She gets sad quiet often when she is around things that remind her of Lovely, or Kyle, or even of her family back in Twinleaf town.

She always does what she can to help others and isn't the least bit shy. Rather blunt she will be gentle to those who are respectful to her. However if someone is disrespectful to her she isn't rude right back to them. No, but she does tell it to them straight and as blunt as possible. She might be old, but that doesn't mean she is a push over. She also knows how to handle pokemon having trained them for so many years. Sometimes she will try to handle rude children like she handle's pokemon. So if you are rude to her watch out for pokeballs flying at your head.

Rhona also loves to be called Ona and she loves to travel. Be it around a region or just across town. If she can get out in the fresh air she calls it traveling. She also enjoys having a laugh and pulling pranks every now and then. Nothing like dumping ice water on someone's head in the middle of winter, but more like moving things on people to mess with their heads a little. She claims it is to keep others sharp, but she doesn't seem to mind that she gets a laugh out of it either.

HISTORY

Rhona Yolan was born to a very proud couple sixty four years ago. The second and last child of Tommy and Ruth Koal. Her older brother was quiet a bit older then her. How old? Well by the time she turned one year old he was getting married. Yes quiet a bit indeed. Yet even though she was nineteen years younger then him she was still his sister and he was still her brother. Growing up she saw a lot of him. Less then what she would if he wasn't so much older then herself, but a lot none the less. In fact when she was five years old Harry, her brother and Lisa his wife moved into the house across the street. Starting pre-school was a bit odd for in the same classroom was also her four year old niece. Her niece was smart, not a super smarty, but smart enough to start school a year early.

Growing up she lived around pokemon. Her mothers and fathers pokemon as well as her brothers and sister in laws pokemon. She loved pokemon and her mother owning a grooming salon for pokemon helped her learn about different types of pokemon before she set off on her journey.

When she was ten years old things where a lot different, she was allowed to go off on her own and get a pokemon from the lab. Being in Johto her first pokemon was a totodile. She named him Rex and the two traveled the region collecting gym badges and catching other pokemon. Her second pokemon was Geodude that pokemon was such a goof that she couldn't help, but love him. His name was Clown. Her third pokemon was her favorite though. The Psyduck she caught was a friendly yet serious girl very protective of her friends as well. Psyduck was a dear friend that she named lovely. To this day Lovely remains her favorite pokemon. Don't get her wrong she loved Rex and has a very strong bond with him, but there was something about Lovely that was special.

When she was eleven she had a full team of pokemon. The team was made up of Rex, who was now a Feraligatr, Clown, Lovely, Sham the male Elekid, Sunshine the female Skiploom, and Blaze the male Slugma. She was very proud of her team and all the hard work they had put in. Rex had evolved all the way to his final stage and was quiet powerful. All her pokemon where quiet powerful in their own way and Rhona was only one badge away from having all she needed for the Johto league.

By the time she was nineteen she had not only gotten her last badge, but took on the elite four and beat them. She had also traveled over Kanto and took second in the Indigo League. She had also traveled though Hoenn collecting badges and challenging anyone that would battle her. When to Sinnoh and the Orange Island for a bit. Doing what she had been doing collecting badges, meeting new people, pokemon and getting stronger.

When she finally did all of that she was twenty-two years old. Although she wasn't ready to give up the life of a trainer she also wanted to start a restaurant for people and pokemon a like. She loved to cook and learned many thing as she traveled around so she stayed in Sinnoh and opened a restaurant that was quiet good. While she was there she met the love of her life a young man she had met in Kanto so many years ago. They dated and then where married two years later when she was twenty-five, becoming Mrs. Kyle Yolan. Starting a family they had three wonderful kids together. When she was fifty she became a grandmother. Her first grandchild was a boy named Rex. Named after his grandmother's first pokemon. Her second grandchild was a girl named Rose. Both where born the same day as they where twins. She was so proud of her son.

Sadly seven years later Kyle passed away. Which brought back memories of her beloved Psyduck who had since died when she took a year to travel Unova when she was in her early forties. The pokemon had died protecting Rhona from a gang of angry and wild Galvantula. Rhona know five against one wasn't fair, but try as she might the pokemon refused to get back inside her pokeball. She was heartbroken when she last Lovely just like she was heartbroken when she lost Kyler.

She worked though the pain of the loss and seven years later gave her pokemon to her grandchildren to help them with their journeys. After going to her going away party she left her home, her family for a new fresh start in Nexivous. She needed a change and this seemed like it. The prefect chance. Upon arriving she went to the ranger station. She wanted to help and sign up, but they told her no the pokemon where too dangerous for an old lady. Well they said it nicer then that. Still they just told her she would need to get a pokemon to protect herself and told her where to go before sending her off.
