So, as you can tell by the audience that lives in my head, I am wildly popular. c:
I like drawing, writing, Pokemon, coding (sometimes)... the usual. I'm in college, and not doing as well as I like. I want to get back in the swing of writing long juicy posts, so if anyone's up for some plotting I'd be happy to do so. NUDIST BISEXUAL PLOTS. YOU WANT THEM

Okay, story time!
When I was first using the internet, I pretty much only used Fanfiction.net. One day, I started wandering around the 'Codename: Kids Next Door' fanfiction, and for some reason I decided I was going to try and read EVERYTHING. Now, that wouldn't be at all relevant had I of decided to try reading them newest to oldest, but instead I decided to read them oldest to newest.
I eventually found one that I really liked - I can't remember it's name now - so I checked out the persons profile. Genosythe, was this person. It turned out that Geno had a kids next door roleplaying group, so, interested, I went to Deviant Art and contacted her about it. Before long, I was in with the OC Numbuh 893.
Not long after that one of the people I watched on Deviant Art had a link to GPX+ in their journal. As a bit of a Pokemon fan I decided to check it out. I joined with the username 'Numbuh 893'.
On GPX, I joined the 'Savoir Project', where I met Podz and Luna (who aren't here, but are on Anrui) and whole heap of others. They started nicknaming me 'Numbuh' because it was short for Numbuh 893.
Then one day Podz and I got in a faux-fight over MSN about who would be the better Pokemon trainer. We decided to join Anrui (after a short stint at another 'site that didn't turn out so well), where I joined as just 'Numbuh'.
After that it didn't take long for my nickname to be shortened to Nums.
TLDR;
It's short for Numbuh 893.
