I know a few thins' about this place. Naw that's a lie...I know almost everythin' about this forsaken place. I remember when those two-legged creatures were roamin' the place. Venix City they liked to call it. Built those large towers that touched the sky. I was only a lil' pup and I was kept in this lil' place, they called it a kennel. Hard, rusted bars, they were impossible to chew through I tell ya!

I barely remember my ma, maybe only fed from her once. I don't remember if I had any brothas or sistas. White, silver and more white. Scary masks. That's what I remember. Lots of them. I think I was their first, not many pups or dogs were there when I first arrived. I always tried to hide in the corner of my cage, even held onto the bars to keep them from takin' me. But they always did. Pulled me by the legs too. I have ta drag my left hind leg now, it's completely numb.

Ya know what that place was for? Testin', they thought I didn't understand them. But let me tell ya, if you are stuck in there all the time, you're bound to pick up and learn their language. They wanted to make the ultimate "weapon" they called it. They had those large needles, my worst nightmare. You had to have five of those thins' each day. One in yer eat, throat, stomach, leg, and even up yer rear. Ya always knew when another dog or pup was being given one. I still remember those yowls and cries.

Each result was different. Some grew those wings, feathered ones and each one had a different color. Sometimes on rare occasion, bat-like wings. Others grew these horns, some had them on their nose, forehead, tails. I saw one pup, he was in the cage right next ta mine. Horns, all over his body!

Colors, lots of them. Near the end of the lab's time(that's what those two-legged creatures, call themselves "humans", called the place) was when different colored eyes and coats came out. Ya wanna know what happened then? Us canines, even wolves they captured and used, we had the ability to escape. We rammed through those cages and chased them all out! I can't say what happened to the humans, eva since that day...I haven't seen any for miles.
